Fleischsalat und Vollkornbrot

Another step back in time and into my mother's kitchen. My mother would make this on a summer's day for lunch, with Krautsalat. Or Krautsalat und Bockwurst, mit senf. Schmeckt gut!

    Jurgen's mother also used to make this for us and it was always delish.
